How long will my order take to process?
All orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours. We use Sendle to dispatch to your nominated address.

How much does the shipping cost?
Standard post $9.80. Express shipping $14.95.
How do you pack and wrap my gift box?
Our gifts sets come in a suitcase gift box and packed into a kraft postage box, which is safe and secure for shipping, sealed with the Serelepe branding tape.
We offer a complimentary gift card on all orders over $60. The message can be added at your Shopping Cart.
Products purchased individually will be packed and posted in a satchel.
We use postage satchels that are 100% home compostable!
Do you send any pricing or invoices with my goods?
No, the recipient will not receive any pricing with the goods. You will receive a confirmation of your order to the email address supplied with pricing instead.
Do you accept returns?
